Food and Health

Our research explores both current, and future food and health challenges faced by our society.

We all need food to survive, but making sure our food system is resilient, that everyone has access to food and that we preserve and protect earth’s natural resources whilst making sure no one goes hungry is an ongoing challenge. Our interdisciplinary research is focused on rising to this challenge.

From ensuring the sustainability of earth’s natural resources and ecosystems, to lobbying for change to better support those experiencing food poverty or malnutrition, our work spans the entire spectrum, combining scientific exploration with social and cultural investigation.

Our commitment to protecting people and the planet runs through everything we do.
