Future Leaders Fellowships

UKRI Future Leaders Fellowships (Round 11): UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) are now inviting applications for Round 11 of their Future Leaders Fellowships (FLF) Scheme. The FLF Scheme is a cross-council funding call that supports early career researchers, with outstanding potential, in tackling challenging research and in developing their careers. Due to the extremely competitive nature of these fellowships and a cap on the number of full stage applications that can be submitted per institution, the University is running a call for Expressions of Interest from both internal and external staff. Please email uhresearch@herts.ac.uk to request an Expression of Interest form, and note the deadline for these Expressions of Interest is 12:00 noon on 4th March 2026.

All applicants will need to discuss their intent to apply and work with their chosen host School to submit their EOI.
