Important deadlines
The Graduation Ceremonies have very strict deadlines. You must meet the following deadlines in order to attend:

| Pay and clear your University of Hertfordshire academic debt | 25th July |
| Register to attend your Graduation Ceremony | 6th August 12noon (UK time) |
| If you have requested ballot tickets, you will receive an email to confirm if you have been successful in the ballot | 7th August |
| Order your robes | 12th August |
| If you are unable to attend your ceremony, defer your invite to the next ceremony period | 1st October 12noon (UK time) |
