Pay gap
Our strategy incorporates transformational initiatives that invest in people and culture
Equality is a key component for embedding these initiatives from our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. This includes celebrating the diversity of our work force and seek to provide a positive working and learning environment free from discrimination.
We publish our gender pay gap results in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, and voluntarily choose to examine and publish our pay gaps in relation to ethnicity and disability characteristics. Our reports are approved by the Chief Executive Group and the Board of Governors.
