Learning Resources Centres
We look forward to welcoming new and returning students to our comprehensive range of services and facilities at the start of term.
Our two large and modern Learning Resources Centres (LRCs) are central to life at Herts and home to many of the library and computing services and facilities which support the student academic journey.
In addition to thousands of print books, the LRCs also offer a wide selection of study areas, access to computers, hi-spec computing rooms, printing facilities, and Wi-Fi and power sockets to use with your own devices throughout.
Both LRCs are open 24/7 to Herts students and staff. See our service hours page for updates and details of any planned closures
Core services include book browsing and borrowing, individual and group study spaces, bookable group study rooms, computer, and software access, online support and help, and our LRC welcome desks.
