We welcome visitors to our Learning Resources Centres (LRCs), which are open for reference use of the University's library collections of printed books.
Temporary login accounts are also available to visitors to access online journals and other learning resources.

Herts graduates and recipients of other University of Hertfordshire educational awards automatically become UH Alumni.
If you hold an University of Hertfordshire Alumni Card you can use this as your proof of ID to get free access during visitor hours to the LRCs.
If you don't have an Alumni card you can apply for a Visitor Day Pass. You also apply for a temporary login account to use University online journals (where licences permit) you'll need to complete a form and agree to the terms of use.

If you're from a business or a member of the public, please apply for a Visitor Day Pass to access our LRCs.
If you're a prospective student, we'd love you to visit the LRCs on a University Open Days and at other times by applying for a Visitor Day Pass on arrival.

While visiting, you can access free WiFi provided by The Cloud. Select 'The Cloud' from the available network list, open your browser, press refresh and then follow the on screen instructions that will appear.
Please note that all visitors to the University's Learning Resources Centres have to comply with University regulations for their use.
