The Student Centre
To make life simpler for our students the University has created a single hub for many of the activities and services you need to make your student experience as smooth as possible.
The Student Centre is home to a wide range of student services, advice and information all under one roof.
These include:
- providing information on courses and eligibility with guidance through the application process
- offering financial services and advice
- processing applications to courses
- raising invoices and collecting payments for tuition and accommodation fees
- registering students throughout the year
- administering scholarships and bursaries
- processing accommodation applications and allocating accommodation
- offering advice and support to our International community
- issuing car parking permits and bus passes.
Within the Student Centre, Frontline Services operate an Information Desk, where you can obtain information, services and advice.
Our knowledgeable Frontline team provide a friendly and efficient service, and are able to respond ‘on-the-spot’ to the majority of enquiries without referral to the specialist teams.
The Student Centre is located at the College Lane campus on the ground floor of the Mercer Building.
