Relaxing on campus

Studying is important, but so is giving yourself time to unwind. That's why we've created spaces across both campuses where you can relax with friends, play a game or have a chat.

If you commute into University, they're great places to spend time between lectures or get a bit of reading done.

And if you need to do some group work or fancy watching Netflix on a big screen, our freshly refurbished social spaces are perfect for you.

On de Havilland, we opened a brand new common room this year equipped with free-to-use pool and foosball tables, TVs and cosy seating areas.

If you fancy a bite to eat, Club de Havilland offers food, drinks and entertainment, and the large hall is used for everything from salsa lessons to gala dinners.

On College Lane, each accommodation block has its own common room, along with a central social area accessible to everyone.

The Oval

Also on College Lane, The Oval has just been refurbished so that as well as excellent gym facilities, it now offers a bar, quiet reading corners and comfy nooks as well as board games, table football and the convenience of an Amazon locker.
