BA (Hons) Leadership and Professional Development (Online) is designed to help you, as working professionals grow your leadership capability, confidence and effectiveness. You will develop the skills needed to lead people and projects, enhance organisational performance, and respond to real workplace challenges, while studying flexibly around your personal and professional commitments.
Throughout the course, you will engage with leadership theory alongside practical, work-focused learning.
