What's the course about?

BA (Hons) Leadership and Professional Development (Online) is designed to help you, as working professionals grow your leadership capability, confidence and effectiveness. You will develop the skills needed to lead people and projects, enhance organisational performance, and respond to real workplace challenges, while studying flexibly around your personal and professional commitments. 

Throughout the course, you will engage with leadership theory alongside practical, work-focused learning. You will explore areas such as leadership styles, strategy, change management, communication and professional development, while applying your learning directly to your own professional context. Teaching and assessment are designed to be inclusive and accessible, supporting you to shape your learning experience and succeed.

What will I study?
