Benefits of the Friends Society
We are delighted to offer a fantastic range of benefits and discounts, exclusive to alumni of the University and members of the Friends Society. These include:
- access to the University Learning and Resource Centres (LRCs). There are some exceptions where priority is given to students during busy periods - find out more information about LRC usage
- exclusive discounts at Hertfordshire Sports Village upon mention that you are a member of the Friends Society
- discounted tickets for de Havilland Philharmonic Orchestra concerts; bookings can be made through UH Arts + Culture online, through the Box Office on +44(0)1707 28112 (line open 10.00-12.00 on weekdays), or in person an hour before each concert start time
- invitations to University events
- invitations to organised theatre trips through the University’s Staff Society
