Anxiety is one of the most common mental health conditions in the world. We all experience anxiety symptoms from time-to-time, and it can be incredibly frightening and difficult to manage. We offer training on a variety of anxiety conditions such as, Generalised anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

Delivered by Herts Mind Network this general workshop is for anyone who would like to better understand anxiety, how it affects them and how to manage it.

This workshop aims to:

  • identify what anxiety is, how it affects us and what causes it;
  • illustrate the relationship between thoughts, behaviour and physical symptoms of anxiety;
  • help you to learn to challenge unhelpful thoughts and adapt your behaviour in anxiety provoking situations;
  • identify strategies and techniques to overcome and manage anxiety.
