Empower Hour

Hosted by the Harassment and Abuse Support Team, this is our supportive space for female identifying students and staff to come together, receive specialist guidance, and feel empowered in navigating challenges related to wellbeing, personal development, and lived experience. This is a drop-in style event, no booking or registration required.
