Changzhou Institute of Technology
Established in 1978, Changzhou Institute of Technology (CIT) is located in the economically vibrant Yangtze River Delta region, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. The campus spans approximately 100 hectares, with over 1400 staff members and more than 18,000 full-time students. In the past five years, CIT has been consistently ranked among the top 20 out of 700 Chinese young HEIs. Considering the local economic, industrial, and technological characteristics, CIT is committed to educating highly qualified professionals with innovative ideas and practical abilities to meet the demands of local social and economic development. Currently, CIT is among the first group of pilot HEIs integrating industry and education in the national strategy. Additionally, it is listed as a pilot university in both the National-Level and Provincial-Level Excellent Engineer Development Plan.
