Performance Herts
Performance Herts is a specialist strength and conditioning gym at Hertfordshire Sports Village, supporting structured athlete development and performance testing.
The gym contains six lifting platforms, power racks, conditioning tools, and performance testing equipment, including force plates and speed gates. BodyBalance Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is also on site, creating a hub for training, recovery and rehabilitation.
University squads, county‑level athletes, and professional clubs train at the facility under the direction of qualified strength and conditioning coaches. Elite clients include England Netball, Arsenal Women’s FC, Saracens Mavericks, and England Women’s Rugby.
Accessible changing rooms, showers, and lockers are available.
