Supporting Herts with your time

Empowering students beyond donations

Some of our most valuable partnerships grow from sharing skills and real-world insight. By working with Herts, you can help teach current practice and emerging skills, ensuring students are prepared for life beyond university.

Guest talks, panels, and workshops give students a clearer understanding of career pathways. Mentoring offers guidance and encouragement, helping them build confidence and make informed decisions, particularly those without established professional networks.

Work placements, internships, and live projects allow students to apply their learning in practice, develop workplace skills, and gain experience that employers value.

We also welcome donations of relevant industry equipment, helping ensure students train to professional standards.
