Change? - Allows you to change the page status to 'Safe Edit' to start editing. You also use this drop down to submit your changes for approval prior to going live.

Page Name - Allows you to change the title of the page, this populates the H1 heading on the page the public view.

Page Short Name - Allows you to change the name that appears in the left hand navigation. You can use a shorter name if the title of the page is very long.

Related Image - This image is used if the page has a landing pod associated with it.
