At Hertfordshire, you’ll get hands-on experience producing work in different styles, for diverse markets, learn to source stories and make career-boosting industry contacts. You’ll also learn how to assess and deal with the legal and ethical obstacles that litter every journalist’s path to ensure you are equipped with the skills to survive in this competitive industry.
You can study Journalism as part of a combined undergraduate degree or as part of the BA(Hons) Media programme.
You can also continue your studies in this exciting subject area at postgraduate level. The MA in Journalism & Media Communication aims to bridge theory and practice in a dynamic interplay as the programme works to develop a wide-ranging portfolio of skills.
