Your graduation day is about more than the ceremony itself. It marks the end of your time as a student and the moment you officially celebrate becoming part of our global Herts alumni community. It’s a day where you can pause, reflect, and enjoy everything you’ve worked towards.

Attendance checklist

To attend your graduation ceremony, there are some important things you’ll need to complete by fixed deadlines, including clearing any outstanding university debt, ordering your robe, and booking guest tickets. Take a moment to review our handy checklist.

	Purchase guaranteed guest tickets or request additional ballot tickets	5 August (12noon UK time)

	If you are unable to attend your ceremony, defer your invite to the next ceremony period	30 September (12noon UK time)

The full schedule for our September 2026 graduation ceremonies is listed below. Ceremonies will take place on the College Lane Campus and at St Albans Cathedral. Browse timings for the day so that you can enjoy all the graduation activities.

Please note, timings for Management graduates will be confirmed to registered graduates by 11 August 2026.
