Publishing video content
In order to ensure our content reaches the widest audience possible, the majority of our showcase video content is hosted on the University's main YouTube account.
Although we aim to support all University activity in whatever way we can, Marketing and Communications reserves the right to decline publishing of video content that does not meet our quality threshold, contains any copyrighted material, or may contain inaccurate or misleading information. If in doubt, get in touch prior to submitting your content.
Adding subtitles
Our content should be accessible to all, so we aim to add subtitles to all of our published videos. Content published by Marketing and Communications will automatically have subtitles added. For help with content on other platforms please contact the Studio Team.
Uploading to YouTube
To request the upload of content to the University's YouTube account, please complete the below form.
After submitting the form, you will be asked to continue to Exchange File, where you should forward your content to studio@herts.ac.uk.
