Surgery appointments - Vacation time

PLEASE BE AWARE: If you are returning home temporarily for the Christmas period you can stay registered with us as your GP as we can deal with most things remotely over the telephone or via e-consult. If you need to be seen face to face for a medical reason you will need to contact your home GP and ask to register as a temporary resident.
