This time for the hybrid attendance we have provided two rates: ‘In person registration rates’ and ‘Online registrations rates’. Please scroll down to go to the Registration page.
Important note for late fee paying delegates planning to attend in person:
If you choose to pay the Conference fee late including on site, please note that we can only guarantee the supply of services related to the in-person attendance (such as lunches and banquet) if your payment reaches us not later than June 10th. Registration will still be open after this date, but we may not be able to provide food during the Conference and you may have to make your own arrangements.

Conditions
- early bird registration ends 13 May 2022
- refund - 50% for cancellation, and no refunds after 13 May 2022
- includes ice breaker, reception dinner, Gala dinner and a copy of abstract proceedings for the participant 30 years old or younger on 27 June 2022; Proof of DoB will be required
- proof of retirement will be required.
