Supporting you in self-employment

Young entrepreneurWe believe passionately in giving all of our students the knowledge and confidence to become independent thinkers, to challenge conventions and to open the door to amazing career opportunities.

As a University of Hertfordshire student you will have access to a unique and exciting range of support and initiatives.

Most of our activities are open to international students to gain the skills and knowledge to start a business, however, due to visa restrictions you must not start the business whilst you are a student in the UK. For this reason, our Incubation Centre and the Enterprise Fund are not open to international students.

You will find guidance and advice on how to develop your ideas and turn them into successful businesses.
