UH Press publishes comprehensive survey of Hertfordshire's Tudor and Early Stuart parks

UH Press launches new book that illuminates a significant aspect of the county’s landscape history.

University of Hertfordshire Press celebrated the launch of the latest book from its Hertfordshire Publications imprint, Tudor and Early Stuart Parks of Hertfordshire, on 18th May at Pirton Village Hall during the Hertfordshire Association for Local History Spring Meeting.

This special publication arrived at the same time as a reprint of Anne’s highly regarded companion piece Medieval Parks of Hertfordshire, originally published in 2009. Together these books represent a milestone in the landscape history of our county and form a body of work that will not only be a pleasure to read, but a vital resource for local historians for many years to come.
