Christmas Family Concert: Fairytales and Pantomimes
We’re thrilled to team up again with the award-winning children’s illustrator and author James Mayhew for a real Christmas treat for the whole family! As the de Havilland Philharmonic Orchestra plays the much-loved seasonal favourites by Rossini, Tchaikovsky and Humperdinck, Mayhew paints his illustrations live on stage, in perfect synchronicity with the music – his paintings projected onto a big screen for all to enjoy.
On this Advent Sunday, experience the musical tales that inspired the traditional festive Panto! Is this the greatest concert ever? Oh yes it is!
