Refunds

If you need to apply for a refund, please check the information below to make sure you're eligible and if so, how much you're entitled to.

Refunds to students will be made to the country and the account from which the money was sent. This is to comply with money laundering guidelines.

Refunds will only be processed on completion of the tuition fees refund form (PDF - 0.07 Mb).

Submit your refund application form by email to refunds@herts.ac.uk

Applies to all students; full and part time, Home/EU and international, undergraduate and postgraduate that withdraws or rests from a programme or modules.

These refund dates do not apply to UH Online or Research students

Monies paid to the University by the SLC cannot be refunded to the student.

Non-refundable Element

International students who pays a deposit of £5000 for tuition fees and then decides not to attend the University will lose £2500.

If a student attends and then subsequently withdraws they will be liable for the fees as stated above.
