Behaviour change in health and business
We are proud that our department at the University of Hertfordshire has a long history of applying our behaviour-change research in the real world, whether by working with businesses and communities, or by large-scale public engagement initiatives.
This research includes work on Fit Science and Do Something Different (DSD) developed over many years at the University of Hertfordshire and now put into practice through a spin-out company.
Similarly, our pioneering work in the public understanding of psychology (including mass participation experiments) is now being applied, through a variety of modern media, in the area of personal change.
Some of the applied research conducted by the Centre for Personal Construct Psychology, also falls within this general, behaviour-change theme.
