Wellcome Connecting Science’s mission is to enable everyone to explore genomic science and its impact on research, health and society.

Our work across Engagement and Society uses research and engagement methods to investigate the impact of genomics on people and communities. Science for everyone

Science for Everyone is a new initiative developed by Wellcome Connecting Science targeted at primary school teachers to raise awareness of Unconscious Bias and its potential to influence students’ science capital and attitudes towards science.

We offer free online training workshops for primary schools to help reflect on current practices and how to mitigate bias in schools.
