Great Science Share for Schools
About GSSfS
Get involved in the Great Science Share for Schools 2022
GSSfS is an annual, national campaign to inspire 5-14 year olds to ask, investigate and share their scientific questions.
The campaign is child-focused, inclusive, non-competitive and collaborative. It is free for any school or group across the UK or beyond to take part.
The main idea of GSSfS is for children to ask, investigate and share their scientific questions with new audiences. In 2022, there is a theme of Climate Action to inspire questions and to prompt children to take action towards improving their environment.
GSSfS2022 culminates on Tuesday June 14th 2022, when everyone is encouraged to share their findings with new audiences – online, in-school, at home, in their community – anywhere!
So ask a question – investigate – share!

GSSfS working with PSQM
We are proud to work with PSQM on our shared vision to encourage high quality science enquiry and enabling more young people to ask, investigate and communicate their own scientific questions with new audiences.
The Great Science Share for Schools is designed and developed by the Science & Engineering Education Research and Innovation Hub at the University of Manchester, with the support from many UK STEM Organisations.
