Sponsored International Students

If a company would like to be a sponsor for a student, they must email student-finance@herts.ac.uk confirming the student's name, ID and exactly how much they would like to pay.

They also need to send in a full invoice address so we know where to bill them at.

Family members/friends cannot act as sponsor. If a family member/friend is paying your fees, this will count as being self funded but they will make the payment on your behalf.

US Loans

There are circumstances whereby USA students who are taking out government loans may still need to pay a deposit. If a student doesn’t want to request a loan to cover their full tuition fee then they will be required to pay the deposit.

The US loans application process doesn’t open until the end of June so any correspondence regarding this needs to be sent straight to usloans@herts.ac.uk

The USA Loan companies will not contact us about the students loan progress so the applicants must ensure they send everything to us so we know what is happening and can help them.

More information can be found on our American country page.
