The government-backed Help to Grow: Management course is a unique executive development leadership and management course designed to help you to grow your business. As one of only 20 recognised University Enterprise Zones in the UK, and with a successful history supporting thousands of SMEs and start-ups to achieve their growth potential, the University of Hertfordshire is well equipped to help you take your business to the next level.
Packed with opportunities to fast-track your business, the course covers financial management, strategies for growth and innovation, digital adoption and responsible business practices. It features inspirational business leaders and the opportunity to learn alongside local peers, with access to a national alumni network.
The course offers

How does it work?
Designed to be undertaken alongside full-time work, the time commitment is 50 hours over 12 weeks. The course is 90% funded by the government, and with a one-off fee of only £750 upfront. This truly rewarding opportunity is a small investment that can play a big part in securing the future of your business.
