About the course

This one-day course focuses on you as a leader giving you

  • time and space to reflect on your own leadership skills and approaches
  • an opportunity to critique the approaches and techniques adopted by other leaders
  • the chance to investigate how a leader’s energy, self-belief and commitment impacts on their leadership style and influences the attitudes and behaviours of others around you
  • the tools and techniques that will help you grow your own confidence as a leader

Reaching your potential as a leader.

The course is practical and hands-on using interactive activities and discussions, simulations and role-plays to understand key frameworks and tools that could be applied in context within the organisation.  You will have plenty of practice in a safe, supportive environment to try out new skills and approaches before you take them to the workplace to try out your newly learnt skills.

Teaching methods

The course will take place in an online live learning format, with morning and afternoon sessions.
