  • Looking at difficult situations - addressing underperformance, ‘tackling’ a friend, delegating, addressing anti-social behaviour, dealing with conflict, being assertive.
  • To make action plans focused on changing key difficult relationships.
  • Rehearsing for a difficult meeting - and receiving supportive feedback & coaching
