This course is aimed at all who need to use statistical techniques to compare group means and look at interactions between factors, whether the data comes from a survey, experiment or elsewhere.
The topics covered in this course are one-way analysis of variance, two-way analysis of variance, multi-way analysis of variance and interactions. These topics will be demonstrated using Excel and SPSS.

Prior knowledge of fundamental aspects of Statistics such as mean, standard deviation and confidence intervals is essential along with previous exposure to hypothesis testing and regression.
