Why choose this course?

This masterclass has two primary aims: firstly, to enable delegates to understand drivers impacting on business growth and sustainability and, secondly, to provide an understanding of the use of strategic marketing and evolving communications to provide viable business marketing solutions, sustainable growth and competitive distinction.

This course explores the drivers and processes associated with value-led marketing and operations. Delegates will consider the inherent problems associated with innovating new products and services, and gain insights into creating new business scenarios and providing strategic marketing and communications recommendations.

Delegates will be encouraged to reflect on ethical practices within their own organisations and the use of digital communications.  They will explore the range of strategic communications, gaining an insight into how digital communications such as social media, digital direct marketing and digital PR can give an organisation differentiation and provide return on investment.

Entry requirements...

Delegates should ordinarily have a first degree or equivalent and/or 3 to 5 years relevant industry/business experience.
