Working at Vauxhall - Hear from Jessica Snook

I completed my A levels but didn’t feel that going down the traditional degree route would give me the best opportunities when compared to an apprenticeship. Companies are now looking for the qualifications and experience.

What has surprised me about the Degree Apprenticeship is the opportunity I have been given to feedback on everything and it makes me feel like I am adding value to the course.

On our first day, I felt like I was on a new adventure and it was very special. Personally I believe a degree apprenticeship is hard work but it is worth it in the end and it works for me and my life.
