Dr Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq TI

Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq was awarded an honorary Doctor of Education for his significant contribution to education reform in Pakistan. He is the founder and CEO of Roots Millennium Education, the Change in Education Foundation and The Millennium Universal College (TMUC). TMUC is a higher education provider that partners with a number of overseas institutions, including the University of Hertfordshire, to offer high quality international undergraduate, postgraduate and professional qualifications. More than 100 students have qualified with University of Hertfordshire degrees as of 2021.
