The right time

Marta had always wanted to study an MBA but wanted to wait until the time was right. Marta says that for her that meant having the right amount of professional experience to feel she could fully benefit from the qualification.

Adding 'something extra'

Marta had always enjoyed studying and had completed an undergraduate and postgraduate degree, alongside professional development qualifications throughout her career. However, Marta believed that an MBA would give her ‘something extra.'

She says that the MBA at the University of Hertfordshire was recommended to Marta by her colleagues who had studied an undergraduate degree with us. Her employer also had close ties to Herts and with aspirations to work in a more senior position, Marta seized the moment to start her MBA.
