Herts Afro-Caribbean Festival

EDI and the Student Union (SU) are organising a festival recognising Black culture and conversations that are stigmatised. This event will be held in person outside the Forum accompanied by food vendors serving traditional African and Caribbean dishes. There will also be charities along side food vendors who will educate, discuss and spread awareness on ADHD and mental health within the Black community. The EDI Office and the SU will also have their own stalls handing out merchandise and there will be an arts and crafts stall run by the University's Chaplain, that resemble Black history symbols.
