As the largest business school in the East of England, Hertfordshire Business School welcomes over 10,000 students every year, from a diverse range of backgrounds. Many of our students go on to successfully start and run their own businesses or find great jobs.
However, for those from some ethnic backgrounds, there are often bigger obstacles they need to overcome in order to succeed. They often have to work twice as hard to achieve the same level of success as their counterparts.
Things are changing, and there are a number of trailblazers who started at Herts, or are involved with the Business School, who are making great waves in the business world. Join us to hear from our panel of experts and alumni as we celebrate diversity in business, hear inspiring stories and discover ways to succeed despite the odds.
You can also find out about the support options for all small and growing businesses in the region, including our Incubator and Help to Grow Management programmes.
A sandwich lunch and light refreshments will be provided (including V/Vg/GF options). There is also a cafe at the venue.
When booking please note travel and parking information.
