If you’re reading this, you’re probably a business owner who wants to take it all the way, create a business with investment and potentially create an exit plan.
Bringing outside investment into your business will be a very nerve-wracking process, which is why you need to be in the best position possible before you make a move. There’s a lot to consider and many plans to be made.
Whether you choose to raise money through private equity, venture capital, or angel investors, preparation is key.
Your panel includes a local accountant, a corporate lawyer and an investor.
Panel leader, accountant Luke Desmond, believes in a straight-talking, no-nonsense approach to help you achieve your business goals. He has a real passion for business, combining his technical knowledge with practical experience of successfully growing businesses. Having set up and run the finance department of a company that experienced huge, rapid and profitable growth, Luke then took these skills and set up Crisp Contractor in 2013 and now runs Crisp Accountancy.
We will provide a sandwich lunch and light refreshments. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book.
As a bonus for small business owners, you can find out about how our Help to Grow: Management course could help your business to develop. Help to Grow is an intensive 12 week course which is 90% funded by the government and offers a unique opportunity to analyse every aspect of your business and optimise your success.
