Campus development updates
Whether you're a student, employee or business partner, this is an amazing time to be part of the University of Hertfordshire. The last 10 years have seen ambitious investment and growth – and the next decade promises so much more.
While we are working hard to bring our fantastic 2020 Estates Vision (PDF - 6.19 Mb) campus projects to life, we are working just as hard to keep disruption to a minimum.
Unfortunately, some disruption is unavoidable and so we promise to keep you up to date with what’s happening, so check back here regularly for updates. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
The Enterprise Hub is a new three-storey building that will tangibly link education, entrepreneurship, apprenticeships and social facilities at the de Havilland Campus. Part-funded by the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, the £12m project will deliver:
- A ground floor social space, delivering both formal and informal spaces, encouraging collaboration and communication between students, staff and the business community.
- A first floor with a dedicated Business Incubation focus delivering a facility designed to support business start-ups and graduate entrepreneurs.
- A second floor of teaching space, delivering adaptable exam/teaching space for Degree Apprenticeship students, MBA students, and undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The building is scheduled to open during 2020.
