On campus accommodation is extremely popular so to be in with the best chance of securing a room, you need to apply early.
Applying through Clearing?
We are unable to guarantee accommodation to any new students applying through Clearing. To give yourself the best chance please accept your course offer asap and apply for accommodation via the accommodation portal.
On campus accommodation
Also known as halls of residence, this accommodation is university-run and available across two of our campuses. Campus accommodation is not available for consortium students or part time students.
You can live on either campus regardless of where you're studying.
College Lane Campus

de Havilland Campus
Modern, self-contained flats for around eleven students with single bedrooms, en suite facilities, fridges and network connections. The shared kitchens are comfy and have all the latest appliances.

News for University Residents
As part of the University's on-going programme of improvements to our facilities, you should be aware that there is a major building programme proposed in and around the College Lane residences which will begin in the Spring of 2013.
