Computer Science Online Direct Entry To Level 6 Online Bsc Honours

This programmes is designed for those who have already gained 240 credits from an HND, Foundation Degree or equivalent and wish to "top-up" to an honours degree.

For the Computer Science programme you choose taught modules and a project from a number of different technical subject areas. You may wish also to consider the Information Technology programme, which has a more business-oriented focus.

The programmes are available for full-time study or part-time for those who wish to continue working.

When you successfully complete the programme you will be awarded a BSc (Honours) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.

Entry requirements

• Two year degree or diploma in Computer Studies or similar:
• 240 credits from a BTEC HND, Foundation Degree, IMIS Higher Diploma or equivalent
• The subject of your qualification should be computing-related, for example Computer Studies or IT

• Principles and Applications of Web Services
• Quantum Computing
• Computer Network Protocols and Architectures
• Databases
• Business Intelligence (Business School Module)

• Computer Science Project
• E-Learning Applications Design and Development
