Law student works with Hertfordshire Police
Law student Ann O’Donnell has been working with Hertfordshire Police on a project to raise awareness of domestic violence in the travellers’ community.
Ann was filmed talking about her own experience of abuse. “I was a victim myself and wanted to speak out to help others and encourage them to seek help,” she said. Ann, who also completed an internship at the Equality and Human Rights Commission last year, has become engaged in the local fight against traveller discrimination.
