This is an interdisciplinary cross-faculty project (between AADE and the Business School) aiming to understand the corrosion behaviour and protection using electromagnetic processing and the market potential of such-treated implants.

Our involvement in the KMM-NoE has also led to cooperation with partners at the forefront of Biomaterials research including Imperial College, Vienna Technical University, Polytechnic of Torino, etc. who have excellence in processing, characterisation, and modelling.
