- Research on policy and leadership - such as Work with the European Policy Network on School Leadership (a 4 year study of school leadership and implications for policy); participation in the BELMAS-UCEA Collaborative Research Project (International School Leadership Development); and development of a degrees of democracy framework as a tool for research and reflection and extending leadership capacity.
