HertNet
HertNet ceased to exist on 31st March 09 following the national re-organisation of R&D.
The network was set up in 1998 and the main focus was on capacity building and encouraging those in primary care to get involved in research.
The programme areas were:
- cardiovascular disease and diabetes
- care of the older person and child
- adolescent health.
