Showcase events will be held at the de Havilland Campus, one of the University’s two Hatfield campuses.

How to get to the de Havilland Campus

The de Havilland Campus is just off St Albans Road West, next to the Ramada Jarvis (Comet) Hotel and near the Galleria Shopping Centre.

Getting here by train

The campus is just two kilometers from Hatfield station, which is served by First Capital Connect trains from London Kings Cross (usual journey time ca 25 minutes) and Moorgate (usual journey time ca 40 minutes), as well as local services from Cambridge and Peterborough. Check train times with First Capital Connect

Direct local trains run between Hatfield and Stevenage (journey time ca 15 minutes), connecting with Intercity services to the North.

There is a taxi rank and bus stop at the station for connections to the campuses. Bus 603 goes to the College Lane Campus. A shuttle bus service operates regularly throughout the day between the College Lane and de Havilland campuses.

Getting here by road

Hertfordshire is just 20 miles north of London, and is served by major road and motorway networks.

A1(M)

Leave the A1(M) at J3 onto the roundabout. Follow directions for the College Lane Campus taking the exit on the roundabout towards Hatfield Galleria (A1001). At the Comet Roundabout turn left towards Hatfield Business Park. At the next roundabout turn right. The campus is on your left.

Parking

There are plenty of parking spaces for visitors to the de Havilland Campus. There is no charge after 14.30 on weekdays and all day at the weekend. Spaces for disabled badge holders are also available.

Getting here by bus

Uno, the University's own bus company, provides a frequent bus service (603) between the stations and the campuses. Call +44 (0)1707 255764 or visit the Uno website.

Trains

Hatfield is less then 30 minutes by train from Kings Cross, London.
