We typically require the following qualifications from Portuguese students:
Point of Entry
Academic Requirements *

Certificade de fim de Estudios with an overall grade of less than 15
IELTS 4.5 with no less than 4.0 in any band
Undergraduate (year 1)
Certificade de fim de Estudios Secundarios with an overall average grade of between 15 - 16, depending on subject choice:
16 for courses which require 280 UCAS tariff points
15 for courses which require 260 UCAS tariff points
Undergraduate (year 2/3)
No agreed progression routes in place - if you apply to the University following part completion of a degree, or completion of a diploma, your application will be individually assessed
Completion of Licenciado/Diploma de estudos superiors especializados with less than 14
14 for courses requiring a 2.2
17 for courses requiring a 2.1
IELTS 6.0 or 6.5 (depending on course)
