The University has a large community of more than 2,800 international students from more than 85 countries worldwide. In 2012/13 we had 23 Kenyan students studying with us.
Entry Requirements
We typically require the following qualifications from Kenyan students:

| Foundation | Kenyan Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with 5 x C Grades | KCSE English Language grade C/IELTS 4.5with no less than 4.0 in any band |
| Undergraduate (year 1) | Entry to year 1 requires completion of A-levels or IB. For details of required A-level/IB scores please refer to the individual course webpages. | KCSE English Language grade C/IELTS 6.0with no less than 5.5 in any band |
| Undergraduate (year 2/3) | There are no agreed progression routes, but if you're interested in applying to the University after part completion of a degree or completion of a diploma, applications will be individually assessed. | KCSE English Language grade C/IELTS 6.0with no less than 5.5 in any band |
| Pre-masters | Completion of a 4 year bachelors degree with third class honours | KCSE English Language grade C/IELTS 5.5with no less than 5.5 in any band |
| Postgraduate Taught | Completion of a 4 year bachelors degree with a minimum of 2.2 | KCSE English Language grade C/IELTS 6.0 or 6.5 (depending on course)with no less than 5.5 in any band |
